As a part-time Service Appointment Coordinator ideal for students, your role involves providing friendly and professional assistance to incoming service customers. This includes booking service appointment dates and times during customer calls and warmly welcoming visitors to the service department in person.
You will also be responsible for making proactive outbound calls to customers due for a service appointment and providing backup support at the reception desk when required. Completing assigned administrative tasks is an integral part of your responsibilities.
Shift Schedule for Part-time Service Appointment
- Every Tuesday from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM
- Every other Saturday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
- Prior customer service experience
- Confidence in making outbound calls to schedule service appointments
- Proficiency in operating a multi-line phone system

Salary Range for Part-time Service Appointment
