Responsibilities:
- Assist in updating and maintaining the “Status Report”
- Attend all client meetings, take notes, and create a comprehensive “Contact Report” for each meeting
- Develop content and provide support for Social Media Channels, both for our clients and our own platforms
- Coordinate all activities, including media, creative, PR, and reporting, for all assigned clients
- Conduct ongoing competitor SWOT analysis
- Engage in ideation and creative thinking to enhance existing tactical marketing programs
- Provide support to the Account team in managing billings, including Estimates, Dockets, POs, and IOs
- Offer assistance in business development initiatives
